The Alchemy of Collaboration

In turbulent times, the ego is the source of motivation to protect "me and mine." It's not a surprising reaction to the challenges around you; however, it leads to false assumptions that, "there's not enough to go around--I better get mine first" or "I'll hunker down and defend what's mine." This mindset establishes an attitude of scarcity that is fueled by the daily news and in leaning towards those who "blame & complain" about what's wrong.

What prevents the ego from leading you
down this path to nowhere?

It all hinges on your attitude, which is the control center of your life! You can buy into the "hunt, kill, eat" attitude of a zero-sum game OR you participate in the "attract, share, grow" mentality that creates ample opportunities for you AND others when you collaborate. The results of collaboration between people are magical.

A collaborative attitude opens you to feelings of abundance and gratitude, thoughts of possibility, the capacity to receive good things, and to practice resilience for whatever comes your way. Your collaborative attitude enables you to inject your humanity into every space of your life, and your individual successes become interconnected to the successes of others. Which is good for everyone's ego!
